Permitted Foods
Bread made from coarsely ground wheat flour; dry biscuits, crackers, and similar products prepared without yeast
Soups prepared with secondary meat broth and vegetables
Lean beef, veal, rabbit meat; poultry without skin; steamed cutlets and meatballs
Lean varieties of fish, preferably boiled
Buckwheat, rice, wheat, barley, corn, and oatmeal porridge
One to two eggs per day, preferably boiled
Boiled milk, kefir, low-fat cottage cheese, yogurt, low-fat sour cream, cheese
Various types of greens and vegetables, thoroughly washed, consumed raw or boiled
Fruits, berries, sunflower seeds, legumes
Olive, corn, and sunflower oil; butter; snacks and sweets in moderation
Coffee (no more than one cup per day); non-carbonated beverages; freshly prepared juices
