In 30.04.2018, a 24-year-old pregnant woman D.G. was admitted to Department for High Risk Pregnancy of MC Erebouni with complaints of abdominal distention and was examined by obstetrician-gynecologist of the Department Dr. S. A. Karamyan.
After carrying out clinical and laboratory examinations it was diagnosed: 15 weeks pregnancy, giant uterine myoma, with menace of miscarriage and compromised anamnestic record (primary infertility of 5 years).
In 10.05.2018 The Vice-Director of Erebouni MC in Obstetrics-Gynecology Service Dr. Andranik Poghosyan (MD, PhD) and obstetrician-gynecologist Dr. T.A. Hovhannisyan carried out conservative myomectomy: 2 giant myomatous nodules size 25х30cm and weight ~8,6 kg were removed.

The patient received a fertility - preserving treatment. In 17.05.2018 the pregnant woman was discharged in a satisfactory condition with a preserved pregnancy.
