For the first time in Armenia, a cardiology conference was held, bringing together the country’s leading cardiologists and renowned international experts on a single platform.
Welcoming the participants, Anahit Avanesyan, Minister of Health of the Republic of Armenia, emphasized the importance of organizing such events, noting their significant role in the prevention of cardiovascular diseases.
In his address, Hamlet Hayrapetyan, Head of the Cardiology Center, stated that the first surgical procedure performed in Armenia by the renowned cardiologist Antonio Colombo represents a historic milestone, of great importance both for Erebuni Medical Center and for the Republic of Armenia.
